A member ID is authentic only if it stands in the public register. Enter an ID to check it against the record. A seal shown anywhere else, on its own, proves nothing.
Not case-sensitive. The register is the source of truth and is free to query.
Verification is a lookup against the public register — nothing about how an ID is made un-forgeable is disclosed here, and it does not need to be. What can be checked is only whether the register lists the ID, and to whom it belongs.
